Remembering Sharif

"Sometimes you'll never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory."

My little brother, Sharif Walker El, was on the Metro Transit Light Rail (Green Line) in Saint Paul, MN and was taken from us tragically in a shooting.

Hi, my name is Kentrell Anthony. As many of you may know, I'm Sharifs big sister my mom had 5 beautiful kids 2 taken way to soon. Unfortunately, on November 29th, the day after Thanksgiving, we unexpectedly lost one of our own Sharif my baby brother, due to senseless gun violence. My mom has endured a pain no mother should have to bear once again and that is losing a child, especially to gun violence. During this unexpected tragedy, we are strong and have faith in God, but the days ahead will be a lot to handle.
