Scott Timothy Leach passed away unexpected January 28th, 2025. He leaves behind a wife and 3 girls. Scott spent his early career in the Army and retired as a Captain. He later worked for Winters California Police Department and San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department. Him and his family moved to Texas in 2021 where they bought a home and started new chapter. Scott’s family meant everything to him so we are sharing this go fund me in hopes to help his family financially so they can focus on each other right now.
