My name is Gina Washington. I am setting this account up on behalf of Tamara and Todd Severt, my brother and sister-in-law.

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Justin Richard Hall on Sunday, June 8th. Justin was loved by many, especially by his mother, Tamara Severt; stepfather, Todd Severt; brother, Michael Hall and his wife and their 2 daughters; Justin’s nieces; and all his family in Las Vegas and Texas, including his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and the rest of his family and friends.

Justin was a very lovable person and loved his family very much. He was a creative person in both art and music. Through his struggles throughout life, he always remained positive and strong and tried his very best.

He will be missed deeply by everyone who knew and loved him.
