Justin was loved by many, especially by his mother, Tamara Severt; stepfather, Todd Severt; brother, Michael Hall and his wife and their 2 daughters; Justin’s nieces; and all his family in Las Vegas and Texas, including his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and the rest of his family and friends.
