Remembering Elliott, supporting SUDC
I am Yvonne, Elli’s Nanny, or Kid Nanny,
as Elli calls me. On the 8th of February 2024 our world was devastated,
we lost our beautiful boy from this world, we don’t know how to live without him, but we are existing, trying to be the best humans we can be. Elli gives us strength, he is our sunshine, our energy, our joy, and in his name we want to support SUDC to support other families who are feeling this unbearable pain. There needs to be more research into why this happens to our children, and there is not enough finance to fund this research or enough awareness that this even happens. We had never heard of it before it devastated our lives. We walked to Manchester City Football ground from Bromley, last year, and this year Elli has paved the way for us to take part in The Great North Run (thanks Squirt) Paul and George wanted to run it but they were unable to get a space, then SUDC said they were looking for runners ( of which I am not) Kylee and Ian said Elli would be proud, so on went the running shoes and I’m joining Paul and George on the run. Your support last year was amazing we raised over £8,000. SUDC were so happy to receive such a substantial amount! Help us shine a light on SUDC by sharing and donating in Elli’s name.
More information about SUDC UK: SUDC UK is a charity dedicated to raising awareness, funding research and bringing together families affected by Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood, SUDC.
Our angel, thank you so much for your support so far, almost hit the target! So I’ve raised it to Elli’s significant numbers 7/11
