Donation protected

*UPDATE*
Placide has relocated and is doing much better with his family. Since he's recieved the funds he has bought some pigs and goats to breed and sell. His children are in better health and they have a roof over their head! He continues to give his thanks ❤️
The Democratic Republic of Congo is incredibly rich in natural resources like copper, cobalt, tantelum ore, uranium, coltan, and more. With innovations in technology, the global demand for these resources is immense, increasing, and families like yours and mine have been suffering and dying from the constant exploitation.
This is Placide Kyalondawa, he's my cousin and lives in Goma with his wife MAPENDO and kids : ISHARA, MICKAËL, AARON, ANTHONY and ALFINODAH.
Recently, an army group attacked his family leaving a young boys hand severely damaged and everyday they live in fear, hoping to find a better situation. I asked him what I could do to help, "If I had $300, I can go to Kalemie and live there."
If we can help Placide and his family relocate, we can help others! We may not be able to end the war, but we can help our people move to a safer place.
