On the evening of saturday December 10th local lifetime Penticton resident Cody MacKay unexpectedly ended up brutally attacked and beaten at a Penticton night club while partaking on the dance floor.  He was completly blind sided and sucker punched more than once by an individual... knocked out cold defenseless on the dance floor. This senseless and overly brutal act has led to several severe injuries including his jaw broken in three places, of which is now wired shut, 26 stitches black eyes and serious concussions. Cody a long time employee at the Structurelam manafaturing plant in town and is now obviously unable to return to work for a lengthy amount of time...today alone he has partaken in over 9 hours of surgery. He has bills and a mortgage to keep up, hence this support page. With less than two weeks to christmas this is a beyond unfortunate event for Cody, and his friends and family.
