Following the killing of Hachalu Hundessa, a prominent Ethiopian singer, a number of cities in Ethiopia, especially those in Oromo region, we’re under siege. As a result not only properties were damaged but, sadly, also the lives of innocent people were lost. Some were forced to flee from a place once they proudly called home. Some are in a limbo as their hope filled with uncertainty. Some, who once enjoyed a life of affluence and stability, now are homeless and unsure of where the next meal comes from.
While mourning the lose of Hachalu and innocent victims, as Ethiopians and above all as human beings, we have responsibilities not only to condemn those who commit such wicked deeds, but also to stretch out a lending hand to the victims.
Everyday, we are being reminded how life precious, unpredictable and fragile is. But, no doubt that life is beautiful when everyone is in it. So, today we ask you to join us (GOH) in an effort to help those who are displaced and those who have little to no basic needs. We can’t bring back those we lost, but we can make their trauma little less painful and their basic needs met. We welcome your prayers and monetary donations.

እንደሚታወቀው የአርቲስት ሐጫሉ ሁንዴሳን ሞት ተከትሎ በሐገራችን በተለይም በኦሮሚያ ክልል ውስጥ በሚገኙ የተለያዩ ከተሞች ላይ በተቀሰቀሰው ግርግር ከፍተኛ የሆነ የንብረት ጉዳት ከመድረሱም ባሻገር የብዙ ንፁሃን ወንድሞቻችን እና እህቶቻችንን ህይወት ተቀጥፏል:: ከዚህም ባሻገር ብዙሀን ተወልደው ባደጉበት ሀገር የመኖር ዋስትናቸው በእጅጉ ከጥያቄ ውስጥ ገብቷል:: ይህንን በየግዜው ምክንያት እየተፈለገ በንፁሀን ወገኖቻችን ላይ የሚደርሰውን አሰቃቂ ወንጀል በእጅጉ ልናወግዘውና ነገም እንዳይደገም ከወዲሁ አስፈላጊውን ጥረት ማድረግ የሁላችንም የቤት ስራ ሊሆን ግድ ከማለቱም ባሻገር ትላንትና ቤት ንብረት ኖሯቸው ጥሩ ኑሮ ሲኖሩ ለነበሩ ነገር ግን በሰዐታት ልዩነት ሐብት ንብረታቸው ሙሉ በሙሉ ለወደመባቸው; አካላቸው ለጉደለባቸው እና መተኪያ የሌለውን ሕይወት ለተነጠቁ ወገኖቻችን በሕይወት ያጡትን መተካት ባንችል ከቤት ንብረታቸው ተፈናቅለውና በየቦታው ተበትነው ላሉ ወገኖቻችን ልንደርስላቸውና ተስፋ ልንሆናቸው ይገባል:: በመሆኑም በዝዋይ አዳሚቱሉ እና አካባቢው ለሚኖሩና ቤት ንብረታቸው ሙሉ በሙሉ ለወደመባችው ወገኖቻችን የዕለት ጉርስና ልብስ ወጪ መሸፈኛ ይውል ዘንድ ይህንን Go Fund Me Account አቋቁመናል:: ስለሆነም አቅምዎ የፈቀደውን የገንዘብ ድጋፍ በማድረግ ለወገን ደራሽነትዎን እንዲያስመሰክሩ በአክብሮት እንጠይቃለን::
