Relief from the Bristol Virginia Landfill

Over the past several years, residents of Bristol have been complaining of foul odors coming from the landfill operated by the city of Bristol, Va. on Shakesville road. Over the past 18 months the emissions have become more intense impacting the health and well-being of residents within several miles.
HOPE for Bristol's main goal is the safe, timely and fiscally responsible closure of this landfill. We are asking for your support in helping out residents that are being impacted.
While in the process of becoming a non profit we wanted to get something out there immediately so we can get the help needed to these individuals.
Some immediate needed funds is the Billboard advertising - $800
Hepa Air Purifying units 25 @ $90 each
Any extra funding will be used for advertising and bringing out awareness, equipment to use for people that cant not afford them to help get some relief and to bring in experts to test and assess the situation. We can expand it depending on the outcome. Thank you for your help with this crisis that is happening. Thousands of residents are being affected daily its not only impacting their health but their livelihood as well.
