Hello! My name is Emilee Hill. I’m trying to raise funds to help my mom with her bills. My dad, Bryan (most of you know him as Spanky), has been out of work for the past year due to complications with compressed and bulging discs in his back. My mom fought with insurance back and forth for months for him to be able to get a medical device in his back that would stop the pain. After months, they were finally able to go through with the surgery. During the surgery process, he was temporarily paralyzed from the waist down. After everything was said and done, all was well for a little bit until his incision became infected and the device had to be taken out. He had to heal for a certain amount of time before they tried to put it back in. The time came, and they put the device back in, and this time he ended up with MRSA. The device was taken back out, he had to heal once again, and then they tried to put in a pain pump. All was well with that for a couple of months, and he contracted MRSA again but very mildly. The surgeon was able to give him some antibiotics, and it took care of itself. And now, months later and days away from Christmas, he has contracted MRSA for a third time. A surgery is scheduled for tomorrow morning for the pain pump to be taken out. He will now be out of work even longer, so I wanted to start this GoFundMe for my mom so that she doesn’t have to worry and stress about other things on top of everything else. Thank you for reading❤️
