Hi everyone, my name is Hughie Phaidí Dubh Gallagher and twelve years ago, as a young lad of 50, I completed this challenge and I’m back to take it on again!!

Starting at 4pm on the 23rd of May 2026, I’ll be taking on a solo 24-hour non-stop cycle during Relay For Life Donegal to raise money for the Irish Cancer Society.

Like many families, mine has also been impacted by cancer and I wanted to challenge myself to support the incredible work the Irish Cancer Society does for patients and families across Ireland.

Every donation, bit of encouragement, and show of support means a huge amount.
