Relief Fund for "Fiji Airways Cabin Crew"

As a former employee of Fiji Airways, I was saddened by the sudden termination of 435 Cabin Crew Staff. We have always known them to possess the smiling, genuine and warm "Bula Spirit" which all visitors and locals can attest to when flying, "The Pride of the South Pacific". They represent the warm friendly spirit of the Fiji Islands that we all love. Some of these Cabin Crew are single, many of whom support their elderly parents. Some are single parents with children, some are married with children, and some are also married couples who were both employed by the Airline. We would love to help in any way possible during this challenging time. Pepe and Pepe Fiji, the business I share with my sister Stella, have started a GoFundMe campaign, "Relief Fund for Fiji Airways Cabin Crew" to raise funds for them. We are donating 50% of the sales for June to this fund appeal. We are also aware that many families are feeling the effects of these challenging times and if you are unable to donate, please send and share the GoFundMe page. For transparency purposes, we are facilitating this with our sister (Lisa) in Australia, (as Fiji isn’t an approved country on the GoFundMe list), who will remit the funds to Fiji. We are liasing with former senior cabin crew who will assist us in distributing the funds accordingly.
