Reese Fallon was one of the best kids I know. Reese was a student in my husband's class this year, and her mom is caregiver to our children, so I got to know her well over the past few years. She was smart and kind and lovely. She was getting ready to start the nursing program at McMaster University when she was killed in a senseless act of violence. We are raising money to establish a scholarship fund to be distributed each year to a graduate of Malvern Collegiate entering a nursing program as a way to keep Reese's memory alive. We plan to release the money directly to Reese's family and to then assist them with the logistics involved in establishing the scholarship.  She would have been an amazing nurse, and our community has suffered a huge loss with her death. We hope that this scholarship can provide some comfort to her family, knowing that Reese will never be forgotten.
