Re-Elect Andrew Kennedy for Kent County Council

On Thursday 1 May 2025 I will be seeking re-election to Kent County Council.

As residents will be aware although elected as a Conservative, I have been fiercely independent, often voting against my party when what is proposed is against the best interest of the communities I represent.

I have once again been selected by the Conservative Party to contest the May election, but to maintain my independence I have decided not to accept any campaign funding from any political party, but I do need to raise around £2,000 to print literature and other campaign materials.

If readers support the work I am doing and would like to contribute, I would be honoured to receive your support. I have however imposed certain rules and guidelines:

1. I have set a maximum donation of £100 from any individual. I would prefer many small donations than two or three wealthy people making large contributions

2. Donations will only be accepted from individuals who are 18 years old and above, resident in the UK and on the electoral register. I will not accept any donations from companies or corporations.

3. For full and total transparency, the names and locations of all donors and how much they have donated will be declared on my legal election returns. This will be reported as "Mrs Wilkins of Ditton - £25" rather than the full address.

Any funds raised over and above my target of £2,000 will be donated to Young Minds Charity, which I have been supporting for many years,
