Many of you will know Lauren Doherty and the amazing work her charity Road Safety Talks does educating children & young adults about Road Safety.

Well it’s my turn to give something back, so this January for my own physical & mental well being I will be taking part in #REDJanuary whilst also raising funds for this fantastic charity.

I aim to run 5km every day for the month of January & if you would like to donate or offer words of support or encouragement then I would be so very grateful.
