<div>Many of you will know Lauren Doherty and the amazing work her charity Road Safety Talks does educating children &amp; young adults about Road Safety.
</div>
<div>Well it’s my turn to give something back, so this January for my own physical &amp; mental well being I will be taking part in #REDJanuary whilst also raising funds for this fantastic charity.
</div>
<div>I aim to run 5km every day for the month of January &amp; if you would like to donate or offer words of support or encouragement then I would be so very grateful.
</div>
<div>I know when we talk about Lauren we always say #ThisGirlCan so it’s time to see if I can too #TrafficCopsCanRun
