Our Initiative Group of Owner and Residents (IGOR) is collecting money for paying legal fees associated with our financial loses. Our nearest goal is to collect $20,000. Each member of our Association can participate in that initiative by contributing $500 or more. So far 32 owners of our Association became the donors; we collected $16,000 ($13,000 in cash and $3,000 by the GOFUNDME). We already finished our preliminary discovery, hired an experienced attorney, and paid deposit. The attorney filed  our complaint to  the court.
