After 8 months of battling in the court to clear my name I finally did it. Now my wife and I are just trying to put our life back together. We had to go into debt to pay for a lawyer and various other fees that come along with this whole mess and we have been told by multiple different civil attorneys that we have no legal recourse to get any of our money back. After CBS 4 Denver first covered our story many have been reaching out to donate. This really warms our heart and we appreciate it.
