In northern Gaza, 23-year-old Rawan Sobhi lived a simple yet hopeful life. She studied Business Administration at university and worked in a clothing store before everything changed. Rawan loved the art of embroidery, which provided her a refuge from the harsh reality surrounding her.

But then war struck like a storm, taking away everything she cherished. Rawan lost her job and was prevented from pursuing her passion due to the dire circumstances. She and her family were displaced multiple times, fleeing the intense shelling that surrounded them. They moved between shelters and relatives' homes, their hearts filled with worry and fear.

Rawan's father was trapped in southern Gaza, unable to reach them. She became the sole provider for her family despite her young age. She faced immense challenges in securing food and clean drinking water, while electricity was merely a distant memory.

One night, Rawan decided to reach out to her father. She traveled to a distant place where there was some cell service. Tears streamed down her face as she spoke to him, sharing their struggles and her desire to rebuild their lives. She hoped for the day when he could return to them.

Rawan did not lose hope; instead, she sought ways to help her family. She began collecting donations from friends and acquaintances and wrote letters to the world, asking for assistance for them and others suffering like them.

In the end, Rawan sat in a quiet place, gazing at the sky and praying for relief. She dreamed of returning to her studies, resuming her passion for embroidery, and one day having a safe home for her family.
