We are a group of concerned owners at Club Tahoe who are committed to restoring transparency, accountability, and proper stewardship within our community.
There are serious concerns against the current Board of Directors and the Board's failure to manage Tricom, the property management company. As a result, we are organizing a formal Recall Petition to remove the Board of Directors and pursuing legal counsel to guide us through the proper procedures required for a successful and lawful recall.
We need your help.
We are seeking financial contributions from owners to cover legal and related administrative expenses for filing complaints. If any unused will be returned on a pro-rata basis.
In addition to your financial support, we urgently need every Club Tahoe owner to sign the Recall Petition.
