We are a group of concerned Club Tahoe owners committed to restoring transparency, accountability, and proper stewardship at our resort.

After months of owner efforts, the Court appointed a Special Master to oversee Association operations and conduct a new election. This is an important step forward, but the process is not over. We still need legal guidance and owner support to help ensure the upcoming election is fair, neutral, and conducted in accordance with Club Tahoe’s governing documents and Nevada law.

We are seeking financial contributions from owners to help cover ongoing legal fees as we work through this final stage. Every contribution helps.
