Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

On the night of May 25th, a senseless act of vandalism shattered the peace and safety of my dear friend Gladis Perez’s home. While Gladis and her two young daughters were inside, most of the windows in their house were shattered.

As a single mother, Gladis works tirelessly to provide for her family. She is a truly beautiful soul who is always the first to help anyone in need. Now, she needs us.

The Urgent Need:

Gladis was already doing everything she could to make ends meet, especially with the high expenses of her two-month-old baby. This traumatic event has added an impossible financial burden.

We are raising funds to help her cover:

* Her insurance deductible (if the damage is

covered).

* Immediate repair and securement costs.

* Daily expenses for her daughters during this

crisis.

Our Goal:

To take the financial weight off Gladis’ shoulders so she can focus on making her little girls feel safe again.

Queridos amigos, familiares y personas de buen corazón:

La noche del 25 de mayo, un acto de vandalismo sin sentido destrozó la paz y la seguridad del hogar de mi amiga Gladis Pérez. Mientras Gladis y sus dos pequeñas hijas se encontraban dentro de la casa, casi todas de sus ventanas de su casa fueron destrozadas.

Como madre soltera, Gladis trabaja incansablemente para sacar adelante a su familia. Es un ser humano maravilloso que siempre es la primera en ayudar a quien lo necesite. Ahora, ella nos necesita a nosotros.

La necesidad urgente

Gladis ya estaba haciendo todo lo posible para llegar a fin de mes, especialmente con los altos gastos que implica su bebé de dos meses. Este traumático evento ha sumado una carga financiera imposible de llevar sola.

Estamos recaudando fondos para ayudarla a cubrir:

El deducible del seguro (si es que cubre los daños).

Costos inmediatos de reparación y asegurar la casa.

Gastos diarios para sus hijas durante esta crisis.

Nuestra meta: Quitarle este peso financiero de encima a Gladis para que pueda concentrarse en hacer que sus niñas se sientan seguras otra vez
