I never imagined I would have to ask for help this way, but my family and I are trying to recover after our home was broken into and vandalized. What should have been our safe place was turned upside down. Windows were broken, our front door was damaged, and many of our belongings were either stolen or destroyed.

My children’s room was hit hard. Their clothes and personal items were taken or ruined, leaving them hurt, confused, and feeling unsafe in the place they call home. My own room was also damaged, and many necessities were lost. Even items that belonged to my first son were vandalized, which has been especially painful for our family.

The people responsible were apprehended. They took our flat screen TV and other belongings, and what they couldn’t take they damaged.

Right now, we are asking for support to help replace clothing, repair our broken front door and window, restore our children’s room, and replace basic household necessities so we can rebuild our home and sense of security.
