Help Survivors of Domestic Violence & Trafficking Rebuild Their Lives

Hello my name is Danielle Jones and Kathleen Horsery we are the Founder and co-founder of a non profit called Ashleys Corner in memory of Danielle’s beautiful daughter Ashley who lost her life Domestic Violence on March 22,2-24.

Ashley’s Corner is partnering with a local short-term housing program that provides safety and shelter for women escaping domestic violence and sex trafficking. These women have taken the courageous step to leave dangerous situations—often arriving with nothing but the clothes they are wearing.

We are raising funds to provide the basic essentials they need as they begin rebuilding their lives.

Your donation will help us purchase:

    •    Warm winter clothing (coats, sweaters, scarves, gloves)

    •    Business attire for job interviews and employment

    •    Everyday clothing and undergarments

    •    Hygiene supplies (soap, deodorant, lotion, menstrual care)

    •    Hair care products for natural/textured hair

    •    Bedding, blankets, and comfort items

    •    Other urgent needs identified by the home

These items may seem simple, but for the women we serve, they represent dignity, stability, and a fresh start.

Ashley’s Corner provides a weekly therapy and healing group for the residents, helping them process trauma, rebuild self-worth, and create new goals. With your support, we can also meet their practical needs so they can take their next steps with confidence.
