Help Us Support Our Daughter and Grandchildren

As grandparents, we never imagined we would be writing something like this.

Our daughter is pregnant and raising a wonderful two-year-old little boy. Earlier this year, her husband suddenly left. When he did, he took their son with him, and for nearly two weeks, our daughter was separated from her baby during one of the most terrifying times of her life.

Everything changed overnight.

Our daughter lost her job because she had no childcare, and without an income, she was forced to give up her apartment. Since then, we have opened our home and stepped in to help care for our daughter, our grandson, and the baby she is carrying. We would do it again in a heartbeat. That's what family does.

But the emotional and financial strain has been overwhelming.

The ones we worry about most are the children. Our grandson has had his world turned upside down, and this baby deserves to be welcomed into a home filled with safety, love, and stability—not fear and uncertainty.

We're asking for help to cover basic living expenses for our daughter so she can work to rebuild her life and prepare for the arrival of her new baby. Donations will go toward housing costs, food, diapers, baby supplies, childcare, medical expenses, legal expenses, and other necessities that come with caring for two young children during an incredibly difficult season.
