My name is Julian Biggs, and my heart is heavy as I share this. Over the past few days, I’ve watched in disbelief as Hurricane Melissa tore through my beloved home country, Jamaica. The community where I was born and raised John’s Hall has been devastated. My Families and people I grew up with have lost everything: their homes, their belongings, and even the simple comforts of food and clean water.
It’s painful to see the place that once overflowed with life, laughter, and love now struggling to recover. Many families are left with nothing but the clothes on their backs and the hope that help will come.
I’m starting this fundraiser to support the people of John’s Hall to help rebuild homes, replace lost belongings, and provide food and essential supplies for those in need. All the money raised will go directly to helping families get back on their feet and begin to rebuild their lives.
My dream is to restore hope in this community to remind everyone in John’s Hall that they are not alone, and that we will rise again, together.
Please, if you’re able, consider donating. No contribution is too small every bit of support brings a family closer to safety, comfort, and hope.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness and support.
