Dear Friends and Kind Strangers,

We are reaching out to you on behalf of our beloved grandmother, Janie who recently experienced a house fire. At 81 years old, Thankfully, the structural damage to her home was limited, but the fire and water damage have made it unsafe for her to stay there. As she awaits insurance clearance, she is currently staying in a hotel, which, along with daily expenses, is putting a strain on her fixed income.
