Sudaru Piyasa, located in Parakaduwa, Sri Lanka, is a rehabilitation unit dedicated to restoring dignity, hope, and independence to individuals born with learning disabilities, from approximately 16 years of age through adulthood. Through compassionate care and structured vocational skills training, the unit empowers residents to build confidence, develop meaningful abilities, and move toward greater self-reliance and social reintegration. Every aspect of Sudaru Piyasa reflects a deep belief that every person, regardless of limitation, deserves respect, opportunity, and a purposeful life.

Today, Sudaru Piyasa urgently needs funding to sustain and expand this life-changing work. Parts of the existing facility have suffered structural damage and require immediate repairs to ensure a safe and supportive environment. At the same time, a new building is being constructed to extend care and early intervention to disadvantaged children up to the age of 16.
