Hello, I'm Malik Abdullah, married and a father to a beautiful 18-month-old child. Before the war, I lived in our beautiful, peaceful home filled with tranquility and happiness with my family and my wife and son. However, when the war started, our lives turned upside down. We left our beautiful home in the first week of the war, leaving behind our beautiful memories and happy moments, looking forward with hope to return as soon as the war ended. But the reality was harsher than we could have imagined. We haven't been able to reach our home since the beginning of the war due to the presence of occupation vehicles there. A neighbor risked his life and went to the neighborhood, informing us that our house had suffered significant physical damage from the bombardment, and our family car was completely burnt.

Our losses were not limited to the house and the car alone. The war, coupled with the six-month-long power and internet outage, caused me to stop working, which is the family's source of income. I used to work in the field of application development and programming, but unfortunately, my workplace also suffered severe damage and all its belongings were stolen. I don't know how long I can endure before I can return to work again.

Despite all these difficulties, during the war, my young son Abdullah faced a health problem requiring surgery. However, due to the lack of hospitals and doctors, the situation became more complicated, leading to postponement for a long time. With the tightening siege in our area, we cannot provide his basic life requirements of food, drink, and even diapers.

In addition to all this, I live far away from the rest of my family. My parents, brother, and sisters were forced to flee to southern Gaza and are living in a very tragic and difficult situation. While I stay in the north, I haven't seen them for five months. I miss them terribly, and I wish we could all return to our home, even if it's destroyed, to reunite and face this crisis together.

مرحبا، أنا مالك عبد الله فلسطيني من شمال غزة، زوجًا وأبًا لطفل جميل يبلغ من العمر 18 شهر. قبل الحرب كنت أعيش في بيتنا الجميل الهادئ المليئ بالطمأنينة و السعادة مع أهلي و زوجتي وابني ولكن عندما بدأت الحرب انقلبت حياتنا رأسًا على عقب. خرجنا من بيتنا الجميل في أول أسبوع من الحرب، تاركين خلفنا ذكرياتنا الجميلة واللحظات السعيدة، متطلعين بأمل للعودة إليه بمجرد انتهاء الحرب، لكن الواقع كان أقسى مما يمكن تخيله، لم نستطع الوصول الى بيتنا منذ بداية الحرب بسبب تمركز آليات الاحتلال هناك، و من خاطر بحياته وتوجه إلى الحي أخبرنا بأن بيتنا به أضرار جسمية وكبيرة بفعل

القصف، وأيضا أحرقت سيارة العائلة بالكامل.

ولم تقتصر خسائرنا على البيت والسيارة فحسب، بل تسببت

الحرب ومع انقطاع الكهرباء والانترنت منذ خمسة أشهر في توقفي عن عملي الذي هو مصدر الدخل للعائلة، حيث كنت أعمل في مجال تطوير و برمجة التطبيقات، و أيضا للأسف الشديد تعرض مكان عملي لأضرار جسيمة، وسرقة جميع مقتنياته، ولا أعلم كم المدة التي أستطيع تحملها قبل أن أستطيع العودة لعملي من جديد.

ومع كل هذه الصعوبات، وخلال أيام الحرب تعرض ابني الصغير عبدالله لمشكلة صحية، والذي يحتاج إلى عملية جراحية، لكن بسبب انعدام المستشفيات والأطباء، يتعقد الأمر أكثر وأكثر، والذي أدى إلى تأجيلها لوقت بعيد، ومع اشتداد الحصار في منطقتنا لا يمكننا توفير متطلبات الحياة الأساسية له من الطعام والشراب وحتى البامبرز.

وإضافة إلى كل هذا، أعيش بعيدًا عن باقي عائلتي، فوالدي ووالدتي وأخي وأخواتي اضطروا إلى النزوح إلى مناطق جنوب غزة و يعيشون في وضع مأساوي وصعب جدا، بينما أقيم أنا في الشمال، لم ألتقي بهم منذ خمسة أشهر، أشتاق إليهم بشدة، وأتمنى لو أننا جميعًا يمكننا العودة إلى بيتنا حتى لو كان مدمرا، لننعم بلم الشمل مرة أخرى ومواجهة هذه الأزمة.
