Dear friends,

As the devastation of the fires in and around Los Angeles continues to unfold, there are so many families who will need to rebuild their homes of which contained a history of memories. But… they all need help right away before rebuilding can even begin. Some left with just the clothes on their back, others with a few days of clothes and necessities thinking the fires couldn’t possibly reach them. My friends in New Orleans understand what the kindness of strangers truly means after the devastation from Katrina. For anyone who would like to help, but doesn't know where to start, here is a an opportunity to help a number of families all at once. Among them are teachers and nurses, parents and students, Some with small children, some single parents. All need a kind and helpful heart to lift them up.
