My name is Twila Norris, and on September 23, 2025, my family lost everything in a house fire. Thankfully, no one was harmed, but the experience has left us devastated. Everything happened so fast — by the time we arrived after getting the call, we could only watch as our home and the memories we built there went up in flames.

Just before the fire, my middle daughter was in a car accident that totaled her vehicle. She was injured but is doing her best to heal and stay strong.

These past few weeks have been extremely difficult as we try to keep working and figure out where to live while we wait for the insurance process to move forward. We are currently in need of financial assistance and temporary housing support.
