Rebuilding Chief Ferguson’s Home After the Fire

Donation protected
On January 21st, just before Winter Storm Fern moved through our area, Chief Montral Ferguson lost his home in a devastating fire in Marion, La. The blaze began on his back patio and quickly spread into the roof, resulting in a total loss. Thankfully, no lives were lost, but years of memories, military awards, uniforms, and personal belongings were destroyed.

For 13 years, Chief Ferguson has faithfully served the town of Marion — first as a canine officer, then as an investigator, and now as Chief of Police. He continues to show up for our community every day, even while navigating the emotional and financial weight of rebuilding from the ground up.

This fundraiser is an opportunity for our community to show up for him the way he has always shown up for us. Any support — whether through donation or sharing — is deeply appreciated as he works to rebuild his home and begin again.
