On November 9th, my life changed forever when an electrical fire tore through our home. I lost everything, and so did my mother. My three children were forced to leave behind the life they knew, and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to save our three pets from the flames. I collapsed from smoke inhalation and spent five days in the ICU.

Now, as Christmas approaches, I’m struggling with depression and the weight of it all. I’m reaching out for help to rebuild our lives. We need a new home and a car, as the fire destroyed ours.
