I normally keep personal matters private, but someone very important to me truly needs support right now. Ms. Eva is one of the most caring, hardworking, and selfless people I know. She has always been the kind of person who shows up for others with compassion, strength, and kindness, even during difficult times of her own.

Recently, she made the incredibly difficult decision to leave an abusive relationship in order to protect her safety and begin rebuilding her life. As a result, she is currently facing homelessness while trying to create a stable and healthy future for herself.

Despite everything she is carrying emotionally, financially, and physically, she continues to push forward with courage and determination. Asking for help is not easy, but right now any support,whether through donations, sharing this fundraiser, prayers, or words of encouragement, would mean more than words can express.

I never imagined I would be in a position where I would need to ask for help, but after leaving an abusive relationship, I am currently facing homelessness while trying to rebuild my life safely and responsibly.

I do not have family support to fall back on, and the last several weeks have been some of the hardest of my life emotionally, financially, and physically. Even so, I am committed to moving forward with integrity, healing, and stability.

As an educator, I have spent my life encouraging and supporting others, and it is humbling to now be the one needing support. I am working, doing everything I can to remain strong, and taking the necessary steps to create a safe and healthy future.

Any contribution — whether toward temporary housing, basic necessities, transportation, storage, or rebuilding stability — would help more than I can express. If you are unable to give financially, prayers, encouragement, and sharing this fundraiser would also mean so much to me.
