On September 27th, the communities of WNC were devastated by Hurricane Helene, taking homes and severely damaging homes that remained. The Appalachian Army has dedicated themselves to helping the people of WNC rebuild. Our goal is to help by providing climate-controlled structures, lending help with home repairs, and providing firewood for those in need. The Appalachian Army is focused on putting God first in our mission, so that we may serve the people of WNC to the best of our abilities for His glory.
