Rebuild the Stokes Bay Hall

Kangaroo Island has felt the wrath of mother nature over the last few weeks, with approximately 170,000 ha burning. Our beautiful little community hall and tennis courts have been destroyed.

Majority of the passionate and driven committee members who built and renovated (2019) this community hub, have lost their own houses, farms and livestock in the devastating fires. 

We need to rebuild the hall and courts so we can continue on with our Christmas plays, church gatherings, tennis and annual fireworks event. The hall was an integral part of the Stokes Bay and Kangaroo Island community.

The Stokes Bay people welcome you with open arms. If you have been blessed to visit the area and meet the people, you will know what I'm talking about. They have bought great joy into my life, so its time to return the favor.

I'm grateful for you taking the time to read this, and appreciate your generosity.

These funds will be used to assist in rebuilding the Stokes Bay Hall and surrounds, including the tennis courts.
