The Launch pad is a community-based organization that supports older youth in making a successful transition to adulthood when they have no other supports. The Launch pad is evidence-based, and their program has successfully changed the lives of many youth.

They have faced opposition from every angle, and an electrical fire has now devastated the onsite thrift store that has served the community in many ways.
