When Hurricane Helene struck, our parents home was devastated by a fallen tree. The tree tore through the roof, collapsing multiple rooms, and leaving their home uninhabitable.

Our parents are incredibly strong, Magdalena Benitez and Teoprepio Aviles came from Mexico 30 years ago and worked hard to buy their house, but due to its condition, they were never able to secure home insurance. They raised 9 children under this roof, and it became a special place for friends and family to spend time together.

Our family, the Aviles family, needs your help to rebuild. Your generous donations will go directly towards repairing the structural damage, replacing lost belongings, and restoring the house that was so much more than just a structure—it was the heart of our family.
