Hi my name is Armita and I’m raising funds to revitalise our Doctor’s Medical Educational Support Society (MESS) at Darent Valley Hospital, and bring back the joy, unity, and wellbeing that every doctor deserves.

- Mess Refurbishments: Sofas that don’t collapse when you sit, working microwaves, clean fridges, coffee machines that actually work — a true sanctuary during a long shift.
- Doctor’s Education: Funding for research, medical CPD courses and medical training
- Doctor’s Ball & Social Events: Moments to celebrate the year, form new friendships, and remind us that we’re more than our shifts.
- Wellbeing Initiatives: From mindfulness sessions to hot meals after night shifts, small things make a big difference.
- Educational Resources: Peer teaching evenings, board review books, exam prep sessions, and space to grow our skills.
