Help to rebuild my grandma and mom's home

Hello, my name is Roberto Dubois. I am the son of Cecilia Funes and Grandson of Argelia Funes, affectionately known to many as Cici & Tita.

As many know I am from the town of Acapulco which was hit by Hurricane Otis a couple of weeks ago. After experiencing the devastating ongoing aftermath of the hurricane, I find myself compelled to reach out and ask for help for my beloved mother and grandmother who are both survivors of this catastrophe. Witnessing the destruction caused by this powerful Hurricane has deeply impacted their lives, leaving them in dire need of assistance. Although they managed to escape physical harm, their homes and possessions were severely damaged together with other family members who lost everything as well, but my mom and my grandma are our priority right now as my grandma is 90 and my mom takes care of her. In the aftermath of the storm, they have been left without basic necessities and a sense of security. As their strength and resilience begin to waver, I earnestly appeal to anyone who can offer any form of aid, whether financial or emotional support, to help restore their lives and give them hope for a brighter future. My hope is to make a meaningful difference and help them rebuild amidst the chaos and devastation left in the wake of Hurricane Otis.

The damage done by Hurricane Otis is beyond something that can be described, every building, every home, and every single local business was wiped out and the help received from the government not only has been extremely slow but not even close to enough, so although the goal is $10 k in all truth anything can help as we don't really know what is going to cost to rebuild their home. Repairs include anything needed to fix the damages done to the building as well because the residents cover the cost of all repairs. elevator shafts got flooded, electrical systems and plumbing suffered damage as well. They have a long road ahead in order for them to have a sense of normality in their lives.

I have never needed to ask for help with past experiences, as in most cases together with my family we have managed to overcome any obstacle. But in this situation, this is beyond anything we have experienced and every single person in my family in Acapulco needs help. But as I mentioned my grandma and my mom are our priority, I will attach pictures that show partially the damages done to their place, whatever you can donate will be appreciated, and even if you are not able to help please pass this fund on to anyone who you think may want to help.
