Rebuild Lives: Dr. Hala Zaqout's Story

My name is Jaun (John) Raza. I am one of millions of people around the world who is touched by the stories of Gaza. My mission is to help my friend Dr. Hala Zaqout, DDS, and her family sustain themselves during the ongoing attacks on Gaza.

Since 10/8/23, Hala, Ashraf, and their children have faced unimaginably wrenching challenges—putting food on the table and securing basic necessities for survival. The cost of everything in Gaza has skyrocketed, and they desperately need our help.

Every dollar, every time you Share, every act of kindness, brings them closer to safety and stability. Let’s show this family that they are not alone in their struggle. Let’s be the reason they find hope again.

The sounds of drones, tank fire, bombs, missiles, and rifles are the background noise of their lives. They live in fear all the time. Death and agony are all around them.
