Early morning (Oct. 7th), around 1:30 a.m., a house fire tragedy struck our family as they lost two homes and everything they owned. Thankfully, everyone including my two yound nephew and niece are safe, but sadly they lost their one cat Smokey and three kittens Onyx, Sapphire and Jewel. They're currently staying with us as we help them get back on their feet and work with their insurance to find temporary housing. Right now, they are covered with immediate things like clothes and such but not so sure if the home insurance is going to cover rebuiling their house. This fundraiser will go directly toward helping them rebuild their home, replacing what was lost, covering temporary living costs and supporting the children as they go back to school. Our hearts are heavy, but we're so thankful for the safety of our family and the kindness of our community. Every donation, share, and words of encouragement truly helps them start again. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for lifting up our family through this difficult time.
