Help My Mom Rebuild Her Home & Small Business After the Flood in the Philippines

Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I’m originally from Houston, Texas, with family in the Philippines. I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my mom, who recently lost her small business and suffered severe damage to her home during the recent flooding in her area.
My mom has always worked hard to support herself through her small business. Unfortunately, the floodwaters destroyed her inventory, equipment, and supplies — everything she uses to earn a living. On top of that, the water caused major damage inside her house, leaving her with repair costs she simply cannot afford right now.
I am raising funds to help her recover, repair, and restart. Here’s exactly how the donations will be used:
How the Funds Will Be Spent
1. Home Repairs
- Repairing water-damaged walls and flooring
- Fixing roof leaks caused by the storm
- Replacing broken doors and damaged electrical wiring
- Cleaning, drying, and restoring areas affected by mold and flood residue
2. Rebuilding Her Small Business
- Replacing all lost business inventory
- Purchasing new equipment and supplies
- Restarting operations so she can regain her income and stability
3. Essential Living Support
- Temporary daily living expenses while repairs are ongoing
- Transportation and labor costs for cleanup and rebuilding
