Please Help My Family Rebuild After Hurricane Melissa
Hello, my name is Georgia Love, and I am a United States Veteran from Clarksville, Tennessee. Today, I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my family in Jamaica, who have lost everything in the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.
The storm completely destroyed their home and took away nearly all they had. They are now left without the most basic necessities—food, clothing, and shelter. My children and close family members are among those affected, and it breaks me to see them struggling to survive and rebuild from miles away.
As a mother and daughter, it is unbearable to witness their pain and know how much they have lost. Yet even in the midst of this tragedy, my family remains strong in faith and determined to start again. I want to do everything I can to help them rebuild their home and restore a sense of hope and stability.
Every donation received will go directly toward:
Rebuilding their home and replacing what was destroyed
Providing food, clean water, and clothing
Supplying essential household items like bedding and furniture
Helping them find temporary shelter while they recover
No amount is too small—every act of kindness matters. If you’re unable to give financially, please consider sharing this campaign with others. Your love, prayers, and generosity will help my family begin to heal and rebuild their lives after this unimaginable loss.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your compassion, support, and willingness to stand with us during this painful time.
With love and gratitude,
Georgia Love
