Rebuild Hope for Aunt and Uncle After Flood

I am asking for help for my aunt, uncle and little cousin due to a flood in their home on Easter Sunday. They woke up Sunday morning around 1am to water on the floor in their master bedroom and bathroom, when they turned the lights on they realized the water was bubbling up from the bolts around the base of the toilet. They called a plumber and tried to shut off the water, but the water just kept coming. When the plumber got there, he told them there was nothing he could do because it was city sewer water that was coming in through a broken city sewer line. By the time they were able to get ahold of the city to shut the water off the whole house was flooded and everything in it was destroyed by the nasty water.

My aunt and uncle live on a fixed income due to my uncle having severe back issues. What money they had went to the plumber and the Airbnb they have been staying at but now funds are gone, and so is their home. They are working with their homeowner's insurance, but we all know that takes time. So, if you can please share this and hopefully we can raise enough money to at least get them in a place until they can fix their home.
