Rebuild Hope for Andrew, McKenzi, and Kids
Donation protected
My son, Andrew, and his wife McKenzi Polder along with their three children (Averi 11,Ryan 8 and Nash 5 months) are now homeless due to their house being completely flooded due to obstructed storm drains on their property. Andrew just had emergency surgery 2 weeks ago and he was out there doing everything to save his first family home. Everyone that came out to help were amazing but the water hit hard and fast. We need to come together as a community to help this young family rebuild their home and get the children back into their daily routine. Your prayers are needed and we are sending everyone involved our blessings.
Update: Due to the flooding being from obstructed drains, it has to be treated like sewer water so a team has come in and cut the walls, flooring gone and it will be disinfected. The children are at risk of being exposed to e coli and we need to protect them. The family will be displaced for a while. It is not covered by insurance and they will need financial assistance in anyway possible to rebuild their home. Andrew has been out of work for 3 weeks now due to having emergency surgery without pay. He took all his Oregon medical leave to care for their baby, now 5 months. We want to thank everyone who has helped, it means so much to us. Blessings.
