WILDMOB RECORDS is an independent record label based in New York, and we are raising funds to rebuild home roofs and entire homes for displaced families in St. James Parish of Jamaica who have been affected by the Category 5 Hurricane Melissa.

The Category 5 Hurricane has devastated Jamaica, especially Western Jamaica's building infrastructures such as homes, farmlands, small businesses, and more. Most families have lost their entire livelihood—no usable water, nowhere to live, and no electricity. Our focus is on supporting the small communities which have been damaged the most so that families can get back to normal living.

We will focus on rebuilding communities in St. James Parish. These communities include Spring Mount, Irwin, Johns Hall, Adelphi, Somerton, Maroon Town, Kensington, Anchovy, Mount Carey, Montpelier, Cambridge, Catadupa, Mount Horeb & Garlands. [List will be updated as we gather more information]

Why This Matters

A lot of these homes are connected to farmlands which are essential to the lively-hood of the communities. Jamaica is deeply rooted in our hearts. We have artists, family, and friends who are directly affected all over Jamaica and more specifically in St. James Parish.

Funds Management

Funds will be managed by WILDMOB RECORDS LLC. We are collaborating with community leaders, official members of parliament, and local authorities to make sure funds are properly and safely allocated to each family we will be supporting.
