- In 2017, Eva and Aurelio embarked on a journey to create a sustainable haven in remote New Mexico. They dreamed of living off-grid, harmoniously with nature, and began working on a 100-acre homestead that had been overgrazed and overused.
- They poured their hearts into regenerating the land, practicing holistic land management, regenerative farming and sustainable building. They grew vegetable, fruits, and berries not just for themselves but for their family, community, and wildlife.
- Their hard work paid off as they transformed the once-depleted land into a thriving ecosystem, contributing to both the land and the community around them. Sadly, they were forced to leave their beloved homestead due to a land title and road easement dispute.
- Eva and Aurelio are now struggling to find a new place to call home and to regain their footing. They deeply miss their community and their community misses them! They need assistance to get re-established and start over.
- Your donation will go towards helping Eva and Aurelio find a new home. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference in their lives as they work to rebuild their sustainable haven and continue their journey of living in harmony with nature.
- Let's come together and support Eva and Aurelio as they navigate this challenging time. Your generosity will not only help them rebuild their lives but also contribute to the vision of a more sustainable future they are working towards.
- Thank you for your support!
