Rebuild Emmanuel Lutheran Church After Fire

Historic Emmanuel Lutheran Church burned down July 23, 2024. We have been an active worshipping community for over 130 years. The official cause of the fire has been ruled lightning. We are currently worshipping outside as able (because we are a rural church and love to be outdoors!) and in our Parish Hall building (next to the church).

This page is in efforts to raise money for rebuild costs for the church. As a small rural congregation, we have little financial cushion, so your offers of financial support help us figure out in what capacity we can rebuild - renovating our Parish Hall, a new stand alone church building or some combination thereof. We have a design team working on options. Read below for updates as we have them and thank you again for your support.
