Rebuild a Home for Coco and the Amirani Family
Donation protected
I am a 9.5 year old Pygmy goat named Coco who used to live with my mom, dad, and (human) sister in Malibu, CA, until my home was burnt to the ground in the Palisades Fire. My family grabbed me and evacuated overnight with only the clothes on our bodies so they lost all their belongings in the fire. Unfortunately, the home was not only our home but also my dad’s business and only source of income because he rented out our other 3 units to friends and neighbors. Insurance may not be able to cover the costs to rebuild the home due to the sheer magnitude of this fire and lack of a replacement policy. I’m stuck living in a car on the street with my human family until we find a new place to live. Please help my family afford to rent a new home where I can retire and spend my golden years (year?) in peace. Baaaa.

This true story was written by Xena Amirani, the older daughter of the Amirani family. My parents, Majid Amirani and Roya Lavasani, younger sister, Rezvon Amirani, and their pet goat, Coco, lost their home in the Palisades Fires. I currently reside in the DMV area but was born and raised in Malibu, the home that is depicted burning in the image above. All money will be used to help my family rebuild a home for themselves and Coco.
